Ladies and gentlemen,
We strive to accompany you with mindfulness and kindness in the process of change, whether it is letting go of something or opening up to something new. Together with you, we seek meaning.
Opinions
Dr Schneider is a warm, soulful person whose presence alone puts me at ease. He inspires open discussion and rational thought, listens intently, asks important questions and shares unique insight from his own experiences. I will forever be grateful for Dr Schneider's guidance through a difficult period in my life and would recommend his practice to all English speakers.

Therapy Areas
“In our therapeutic work, we primarily draw from various approaches within the third and fourth waves of psychotherapy, namely cognitive-behavioral therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), heavily influenced by mindfulness and compassion-based approaches. However, please don’t worry too much about this, as we always work with each unique individual—that is, with each of you individually—rather than with a method or approach. We always tailor our supportive approach to your needs in your process of change.
