About Us

Dear Patients,

We strive to accompany you in the process of change with awareness and compassion, whether it is getting free from or opening to something. In therapeutic work, we refer to various approaches developed within the third and fourth wave of psychotherapy, i.e., to cognitive-behavioral therapy, ACT therapy or DBT, with a strong influence of mindfulness and compassion-based approaches. Having said that, please don’t worry too much about theoretical aspects, we always work together with a unique individual rather than with a method or approach. We always adapt our way of accompanying you in your change to your needs.
