Psychotherapy and Psychological Consultations

We welcome people who are going through any kind of psychological crisis, need psychotherapeutic support, are unable to cope with stress, have problems in relationships with others, suffer from depression or anxiety disorders, or are struggling with their own or their loved ones’ addictions. Together we will consider why this is happening and how to change it. We will accompany you in the process of change with acceptance, commitment, and compassion that you deserve.
Our therapeutic work is based on the approach proposed by Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which draw from both the West psychology tradition and Buddhist psychology and practice, focusing on making the change you seek permanent and satisfying.

Therapeutic sessions last 50 minutes and are available in our practice at Wielka Street 8/2 in Poznań and online. Free dates can be found by clicking on this link.

Therapy Areas

In our therapeutic work, we primarily draw from various approaches within the third and fourth waves of psychotherapy, namely cognitive-behavioral therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), heavily influenced by mindfulness and compassion-based approaches. However, please don’t worry too much about this, as we always work with each unique individual—that is, with each of you individually—rather than with a method or approach. We always tailor our supportive approach to your needs in your process of change.
