We will confront and address our inner critics in the process of creating or restoring a more adequate self-perception. This workshop is primarily experiential rather than theoretical.

For Whom: For individuals seeking ways to become more accepting, and perhaps even kinder and more compassionate towards themselves, as well as for those struggling with excessive self-criticism.

Duration: Two weekend sessions, approximately 5 hours each.

Being a Good Human – A New Approach to Stress

Objective: Strengthening agency and discovering/developing coping skills based on one’s internal resources.

Description: This workshop will help you view yourself as an integral part of the world around you, enhancing satisfaction with your “positive traits” and cultivating acceptance of your “dark side,” which are inherent aspects of every human being. We will focus on working with the body and relaxation techniques to alleviate the effects of stress, both physically and emotionally. You will learn to see stress as a warning signal, sensitizing our awareness to areas of life that require balance. This will replace the urge to combat stress with curiosity about the mechanisms driving it. Additionally, we will theoretically and practically explore various aspects of meditation, which brings balance to our lives and holistically influences psycho-physical health.

For Whom: For individuals seeking to develop internal resources to cope with the challenges of daily life through a new perspective on themselves and their place in the world. For those wishing to embark on their meditation and relaxation techniques journey or enhance their practice and application of these techniques.

Duration: Two weekend sessions, approximately 5 hours each.

Cost: 800 Polish złoty

Facilitator: Paweł Gutral

Body and Emotions Workshop According to the Alexander Lowen Method

Objective: Reconnecting with bodily sensations, emotional feelings, building trust in our experiences, and fully experiencing emotional states to set boundaries, accept and express our needs, and cultivate satisfying relationships.

Description: This workshop is experiential and conducted within the framework of Alexander Lowen’s Bioenergetic Analysis. Through exercises, we learn to understand how the body, mind, and emotions are closely connected. We explore and develop our connection with the body, access to emotions, and their expression both physically and verbally.

We will restore vitality, awareness of our needs, a sense of boundaries, and the building of good relationships. By unlocking access to our vitality, our lives can be filled with more pleasure and joy. Through better contact with the body, you will enhance your ability to recognize body signals, discover emotions in the body, accept difficult emotions, establish internal stability, set boundaries, take care of your needs, and release psychogenic tensions.
